I’ve been busy with my new full time job, school, my new man,
and trying to get unsick… I’ve been sick since a week ago and recently it peaked to flu/cold and im just exhausted. Took a day off work to get this shiznit back up and running and to finish my hmwrk which is what I’m about to go do. I’ll fill you guys in later on all my exciting adventures you missed this fall.

We went back to your best friends house to watch a movie and to relax. You had fallen asleep in my lap while I was playing with your hair. The way you cuddled my leg and the way you made sure i was covered and kept holding my hand and kissing it, was beyond sweet.
When I woke you up to move you, I sat up to scratch my back and you pulled me down, close and next to you kissing my forehead and squeezing me tight.
I was in Heaven; absolute bliss.
The night went on things happened. They probably shouldn’t have but they did anyways. I will refrain from details, but I will say that I swear to God I’ve never had a connection like that with anyone; Including my first boyfriend, who it’s taken me just until now to get over… I thought he was the one, but i digress. This connection was absolutely mind boggling to the point where I’ve never felt so safe and had so much fun with someone.
I won’t go further with the story, because then, the night ended. I was in utter bliss, with how close you grew on me within just a couple weeks. Your pretty much everything I’ve ever wanted.
And I will stop myself, because if what you told me was the legit and honest to God truth, than you wouldn’t still be with her. I don’t want to be the home wrecker, or the hidden secret.
AND I will stand up for myself when i say that I am better. I will not go crazy over the small things, I won’t nag you 24/7, I will treat you like a prince, I will do anything and everything in my power to make you happy. I will not abandon or deceive you. All i ask is that you don’t give me reason to distrust you… but to be honest, have you already? or is it just the situation?

staggering push ups : by staggering them with a ball or a stack of books,
you are throwing your center of balance off, and forcing your core to do more work!
tricep dips : perform these against a solid and stable surface, and kick a single
leg out on the bottom portion of the move to again increase the amount of work the core
has to do. keep your shoulders back and down to really get the triceps going.
kitty kat pike : get yourself into a plank position with your feet up on the bed, and your hands directly below your shoulders. just like a plank works the core muscles the best, a pike will add a spike to that by having you squeeze your abs together forcing your bum into the air. the slower your perform this move, the better.
tummy tucks : this is best performed against a desk or a solid chair - remember to keep your elbows in, and to kick one leg up at a time, bringing it as close to your elbow as possible! slow and steady wins.
